Archie Tinelli, Ph.D. has spent his career developing leaders. His extensive research into how leaders learn, his passion for helping leaders reach their full potential, and his varied experience shapes his thinking about leadership.
His background includes teaching leadership at the Geisinger Medical Center, coaching partners at Arthur Andersen, traveling the USA, Canada, and England teaching courses for National Seminars, running the Community Education department at North Idaho College, teaching Leadership in the MBA program and leading the Executive and Professional Education program in George Mason University’s business school and leading his own leadership development practice.
Among the many projects he’s led are:
- Building a world-wide program for emerging leaders at ExxonMobil,
- Consulting with State Farm Insurance’s training department,
- Helping revise the leadership development programs at Booz Allen Hamilton,
- Coaching Partners at Ernst & Young, managers in CGI-USA, and teams of managers for Abbot Point of Care,
- Training mid-level leaders in the Nez Perce tribe, the Red Cross, the Idaho State Police, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
